Corporate Sales Officer

Sales & Business Development📍 Kathmandu, NepalFull-time

The Corporate Sales Officer will be responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships, driving sales growth, and achieving sales targets.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field (preferred)
  • 1–3 years of experience in corporate sales, field sales, or business development
  • Strong understanding of B2B and B2C sales processes
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently in field-based roles
  • Willingness to travel extensively for client visits
  • Basic understanding of EVs, electrical products, or technology solutions is an advantage
  • Experience selling technical products, equipment, or infrastructure solutions
  • Strong local market network and relationship-building ability
  • Result-oriented, self-motivated, and target-driven mindset
  • Two-wheeler license and own vehicle (preferred)

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct day-to-day field sales and door-to-door visits to generate leads and close sales
  • Sell AC and DC EV chargers to B2B and B2C customers
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strong sales pipelines
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Meet potential and existing clients to understand their requirements
  • Present AirCharge products, pricing, and solutions clearly and professionally
  • Maintain long-term relationships with corporate and retail customers
  • Handle negotiations, quotations, and basic commercial discussions
  • Actively promote AirCharge’s brand, products, and services in the market
  • Participate in marketing activities such as events, promotions, and site visits
  • Collect market feedback on competitors, pricing, and customer demand
  • Coordinate with internal teams (technical, operations, and management) for smooth execution of sales
  • Maintain sales activity reports, client visit records, and lead updates
  • Follow up with clients until deal closure and post-sale support handover
